include color photos, a special feature page about the property, a copy of the plat, disclosures regarding the
property and pertinent community information.
Open House:
Scheduled, advertised open houses are part of Becky's winning marketing plan. Open houses for area Realtors are
also held to introduce a new property.
E-Mail:
Becky uses e-mail to communicate with Buyers and Sellers daily. She sends digital photographs of the newest offerings
